On May 16, 2008, Liaoning Center for Disease Control and Prevention conducted muscle, liver and blood tests to puffer fish of Fugu Company. The test results are as follows: the test takes the muscle, liver and blood of puffer fish as the tested samples to feed the female and male mouse orally with a dose of 15000mg/kgBW. During the observation period, no abnormal phenomena of the animal occurred and their appetite is normal. The mouse’s weight increases pretty fast in the first week and no mouse died. In addition, no abnormal changes are found in autopsy.
